TERMS OF USE

Terms for using Finish My Bid.

These terms cover the Finish My Bid website, free sample, monthly plans, and Bid Workspace. By submitting a request or starting service, you agree to them.

Effective August 27, 2026

Eligibility and business use

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business identified in your submission. The service is intended for legitimate business proposal and estimating workflows.

What Finish My Bid provides

Finish My Bid is an AI-powered proposal service that prepares proposal drafts, scope language, options, customer emails, and follow-up messages from information supplied by the contractor. The private Bid Workspace stores job files and tracks proposal value, status, follow-up dates, and results.

Submitting a sample or plan-access form is not a purchase. A trial or paid service begins only after you authorize the separate checkout.

Your review is required

You remain solely responsible for verifying measurements, quantities, pricing, taxes, licensing, permits, code requirements, safety requirements, schedules, product selections, contract language, and every other commercial or technical detail before using or sending a draft.

Finish My Bid does not provide legal, tax, accounting, architectural, engineering, code-compliance, or safety advice. Drafts may contain errors or omissions and are not a substitute for professional judgment.

Your materials

You retain ownership of the materials you submit. You grant Finish My Bid a limited permission to host, copy, process, and transform those materials only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the requested service. You confirm that you have the right to share the materials and that they do not unlawfully disclose another person’s confidential information.

Do not upload payment-card data, government identification numbers, medical records, passwords, export-controlled information, or other information that is unnecessary for preparing the proposal.

Pricing, billing, and cancellation

Starter costs $199 per month and includes up to 8 first-draft proposals per monthly billing period. Growth costs $399 per month and includes up to 20. Scale costs $699 per month and includes up to 40. Additional volume requires separate approval and pricing. A proposal counts toward the limit when its first draft is delivered. Reasonable corrections to contractor-supplied information are included; a materially different project or scope may count as a new proposal.

Each monthly plan begins with a seven-day free trial when selected through the corresponding trial checkout. The trial includes one first-draft proposal. A payment method is required to begin the trial. The monthly charge is made after the seventh day unless you cancel before the trial ends. After that, the plan renews monthly until canceled. The checkout will show the trial dates, billing date, plan limit, and cancellation method before you confirm.

Canceling during the free trial prevents the first monthly charge. Canceling after a monthly charge stops future renewals and does not reverse work already completed during the paid period, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Bid Workspace

The Bid Workspace is an organizational tool, not an accounting system, contract repository, legal record, or guarantee that a bid was delivered, viewed, accepted, or paid. You are responsible for maintaining any records required for your business and for confirming bid outcomes and amounts.

Your workspace is tied to the email address you verify through a one-time sign-in link. Keep access to that email account secure, do not share sign-in links, and do not access another business’s workspace. Finish My Bid may suspend access that threatens another user’s data or the security of the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create deceptive, unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, or fraudulent materials; interfere with the site; probe for vulnerabilities; upload malware; or present an unreviewed draft as verified professional advice.

Disclaimers and liability

The website, samples, and drafts are provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that a proposal will win work, increase revenue, be error-free, or meet every customer or legal requirement. To the extent permitted by law, Finish My Bid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of a draft or the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Finish My Bid’s total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, or $100 if you used only a free service.

Changes, suspension, and governing law

We may update the service or these terms, suspend misuse, or discontinue features. The effective date above identifies the current version. Michigan law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
